Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

Responding to messages from the contact form - legal basis: User's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Ensuring Service security and preventing abuse - legal basis: legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Statistical analysis and Service optimization - legal basis: legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Data Retention Period

Contact form data: stored until consent is withdrawn or an objection to processing is raised, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact.
Technical data (logs): stored for the period necessary to ensure Service security, maximum 12 months.

Personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:

Hosting and technical service providers: The Service is hosted on the Vercel platform (Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). Vercel may process data to the extent necessary to provide hosting services. Vercel is GDPR compliant and has appropriate safeguards.
Email service providers: Email delivery is handled through an SMTP server (h53.seohost.pl). Contact data is transmitted solely for the purpose of delivering messages.
Authorities authorized by law: In cases required by law, data may be shared with state authorities.

The User has the right to:

delete data ("right to be forgotten"),
restrict data processing,
data portability,
object to data processing,
withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal),
